This research develops a tool to enhance performance and manage anxiety in high-pressure situations like job interviews, using desktop, VR, and MR simulations with AI-driven avatars. These immersive systems simulate stressors and track cognitive-emotional responses via EEG. The goal is to create personalized training solutions tailored to individual and cultural needs, focusing on Indian and Japanese participants. The project advances educational tech and cognitive science, supporting professional development and cross-cultural communication.
