| 研究開始時の研究の概要 |
In this proposed research, a split enzyme for proximity labeling (Split-BmTyr) will be developed, which enables great spatial precision in enzyme activity. Split-BmTyr will be applied for specific protein tagging and proteomics at cell-cell contacts, such as neuronal synaptic clefts.
