| 研究開始時の研究の概要 |
This research will discover hitherto-undiscovered lipid-based mechanisms of cerebellar development. The signaling role of proteins in the cerebellum are well studied, but the concept of lipids acting as diffusible signaling molecules via activation of a specific GPCR is a new concept in the field of cerebellum research, and may help elucidate developmental mechanisms that hitherto remain unexplained by pure protein-based signaling.
