Multidrug resistance (MDR) poses a significant challenge to effective cancer treatment, emphasizing the urgent need for innovative therapeutic strategies. This study will utilize MDR cancer cell-derived exosomes to enhance therapeutic efficacy and address resistance mechanisms. To achieve this, I will investigate their ability to encapsulate anti-chemotherapy drug and RNAi, facilitating its transport into the nucleus of both MDR and drug-sensitive cancer cells.
