研究開始時の研究の概要

This study proposed to develop a MRSA All-in-One Gene Detection Array using a refined CRISPR-Cas13a system. The proposed array is anticipated to profile bacterial genetics within a shorter turnaround time, easier to perform, and affordable, without compromising detection sensitivity/specificity.
