研究成果の概要

マイクロキャビティアレイ液体生検技術を用いて、肝細胞がん（肝がん）循環腫瘍細胞（CTC : circulating tumor cells）を特異的に検出する手法を確立した。肝がん細胞株HepG2、Huh7、PLC/PRF/5の検出率は65%、77%、99%と良好であった。肝がん患者19例の末梢血3mLにおける検討では、進行度StageI-III：8.8±8.7個、StageIV：125.0±176.3個であり、がんの進展とともにCTC数は増加傾向であった（P<0.05）。これらの結果より、新たな肝がんCTC 検出系が確立されるとともに、肝がん患者の病態進展における臨床的意義が示唆された。
