研究概要

国内外におけるコモンズ研究の包括的文献サーベイと国内外でのフィールドワークによる実証的研究を行った結果、ローカル・コモンズの領域を健全に保つには、(1)外部主体と地域共同体が協働して資源管理を進める協治戦略に加え、(2)敵対的な外部主体に対しては必要な抵抗をなしうる準備が必要であり、その両者を相互補完的に組み合わせていくことがローカル/コモンズの長期持続性にとっては重要であるとの結論が導かれた。
