研究概要

半導体表面異種原子で原子埋め込み文字を構築する室温交換型水平原子操作時間を約十倍短縮する室温交換型原子ペンを発明した。共有結合力の比で非破壊に半導体原子を室温元素識別するフォース・カーブ測定を発展させ、フォース・マッピングでその場元素識別する元素マッピング法を開発した。原子間力顕微鏡の探針先端原子と試料表面原子との共有結合力と表面準位のギャップ・オープニングの相関を同時測定する方法を開発した。
