核融合炉のトリチウム蓄積・排出評価のための理論およびシミュレーションコードの開発

研究概要

境界層・ダイバータプラズマとプラズマ・材料相互作用関連コードを開発する研究者の連携研究によって、(1) 炉内プラズマ中のトリチウム輸送とプラズマ対向壁への蓄積と放出、(2) ダスト粒子の炉内プラズマ中の挙動とトリチウム蓄積、(3) プラズマ対向材料のトリチウム蓄積と放出に関係するコード開発を進めた。核融合炉内トリチウム蓄積挙動および排出速度の評価予測に関わるそれぞれの研究は着実に進展した。材料混合眉、再堆積層へのトリチウム蓄積など実機環境下のトリチウム蓄積・放出挙動から、ITER第一フェーズの炭素壁ダイバータにおけるトリチウム蓄積量のより現実的な予測ができるようになった。また、ITER実形状プラズマ中のダスト粒子挙動を解析し、ダスト粒子径に依存する輸送特性を明らかにした。トリチウム・材料相互作用の研究も照射効果によって発生した原子空孔へのトリチウム捕獲過程を明らかにするなど大きな進展があり、分子動力学シミュレーションで炭素材の炭化トリチウム放出の温度依存性などのマクロな特性を予測できるまでになった。SONICコードを中心とする総合コード開発では、コアプラズマから炉壁までを自己無撞着に評価するため、異なる複数のコードが協調して計算を進めるシステムの開発を進め、複数コードの独自性を保ちながら結合する手法を確立した。A01班と連携して、不純物輸送コードIMGYROとEDDYコードとの結合コードでJT-60U装置のタングステン実験を解析し、ダイバータ領域でのタングステンの堆積分布を再現した。ダイバータにタングステンを使用するITER第二フェーズに向けて、IMPGYRO-EDDYのプラズマ流体コードSOLPSとの統合化も完了した。本年度行われた中間評価の意見に対応し、ACAT-DIFFUSEコードによるmS実験解析を進めるとともに、EDDYコードにDIFFUSEルーチンを追加し、炉内に蓄積する水素同位体除去に関わる研究に着手した。
