研究概要

T細胞は抗原認識してTCRミクロクラスター(MC)を形成して活性化する。自己ペプチドではTCR-MCはできず、自己とアゴニストのmixでも、TCR-MCにはアゴニストだけが集積した。胸腺細胞では、自己を認識してTCR-MCが形成されるが、TCRシグナルの強い、負の選択ペプチドでのみcSMACも形成された。正（CD28）と負（CTLA4）の副刺激、細胞骨格によるTCR-MCシグナルの時空間的制御を明らかにした。
