研究概要

細胞内の多様な輸送経路の統括的理解を目的に様々なイメージング技術の開発がなされ、撮影した画像情報からの定量解析技術の確立が求められている。本研究では、個人の判断基準によらない解析手法の開発を目的として、細胞内物流システム解析に特化した画像処理アルゴリズムの研究と細胞内物流システムの長時間観察システムの開発を実施した。これらの新規手法を元に、細胞生物学者に優しい画像処理計算ソフトウェアを開発し無償公開を実施した。
