研究概要

本計画研究課題では、線虫 C.elegans の初期胚をモデルとして、遺伝情報を担う染色体を取り巻く環境について空間的視点から定量化し、定量的特徴を再現するシミュレーションモデルの構築を通じて、遺伝情報場の理論を提唱することを目的とした。特に、「場」を規定するパラメータとして細胞や核のサイズに着目し、これらの変化が染色体や紡錘体構造への遺伝情報の収納にどのように影響するかを定量化し、その影響を再現する空間モデルの構築を行った。
