研究概要

1.(1)ラット体内に取り込まれたトリチウムガス(HT)の酸化の場は盲腸と結腸であり、特に盲腸の上皮組織の特定の箇所に高い酸化部位を見いだし、そこからHT酸化能を持つ腸内菌を分離した。(2)ヒトの口腔からHTの酸化能を持つ嫌気性菌を3株分離した。(3)重水とトリチウム水(HTO)の同位体効果の存在をラットで見いだした。(一政)2.マウスの尿中Tの生物学的半減期は利尿剤の腹腔・静脈内投与とサッカリンの経口投与の併用で短縮した。(李、澤田)3.T化した小麦、玄米および大豆を作成し、ラットへの単一・連続投与実験から、有機結合型Tによる被曝はHTOの場合とは異なる摂取限度を設定する必要性が示唆された。(武田)4.人体中Tは食品中Tとほぼ平衡であり、食品と人体間での生物濃縮はない。(斉藤、久松)T摂取限度の設定は自由水については現行のままとし、有機型は2倍の設定を提案した。(斉藤)日本人におけるTの吸収線量は32-47 nGy year^<-1>と算定。(久松)5.骨髄組織の直接画像化は、骨髄核磁気共鳴画像診断法(MRI)により初めて可能となる。MRIの撮影の反転時間を短くした水強調像(short TI IR法)が、骨髄病変の検出に最適なことを明らかにし、T障害モニタリングの新しい方法をめざして各種血液疾患および放射線被曝個体の骨髄像の変化を検討中。(平嶋)6.トリチウム被曝後早期のラシックスとグルコースの投与は骨髄有核細胞中のCFUs、脾細胞中のT細胞のコロニー形成能、ConA反応能を増加させ、造血系の障害を軽減させた。(土屋)7.培養細胞のHT曝露実験システムを工夫した。水素ガス混合気体を用いた実験から25Gy/hr相当の曝露実験を行い得ることを示した。(酒井)8.HTの曝露実験装置を開発し、HTの影響解析を進めつつある。(井尻)9.研究の総括、今後トリチウムの代謝、障害の低減化、障害モニタリングの研究を重点的に発展させる必要がある。
