研究概要

本総合研究の目的は、溶質ー溶媒および溶質相互作用と化学種の液々間移動に関する諸問題を総合的解明し、今日的な化学の要求および次代の化学の発展に応えうる新しい分離分析化学の分野を開拓しようとするものであった。そのために、各分担者はそれぞれの視点より活発な研究を進め、平成2年6月には、佐賀にて会合し、相互の情報、知識の交換を行った。また、同年11月には京都で公開シンポジウムを催し、本総合研究で得られた成果について報告し、溶液化学に関する本質的かつ深部にわたる議論を行った。さらに、研究成果を成果報告集としてとりまとめた。
以下に、平成2年度の研究実績を列挙する。
(1)溶質・溶媒相互作用の研究にとってきわめて興味深いイオンであるモリブデン酸イオンの溶媒抽出挙動が溶媒のSolvatochromic Parameterと関係付けられる(池田)とともに、水・有機溶媒混合系利用してモリブド亜リン酸及びモリブド硫酸錯体が単離されその構造が決定された(堀)。一方、Solvatochromismをもとに、環状テトラミンニッケル(II)イオンの溶質・溶媒相互作用が解明された(岩本)。
(2)銀ーテトラチオエ-テル錯体の溶媒抽出挙動がその分子構造との関係において解析され(茶山)、逆相液体クロマトグラフィ-における金属錯体の保持能が、液ー液分配モデルによって説明された(鈴木)。また、高選択性溶媒抽出試薬が開発され、金属キレ-トの付加生成反応を利用したキラル認識法も提案された(松井)。
(3)陰イオンの光学的酸化電位の溶媒依存性(横山)、化学発光分析法における溶媒効果(佐藤)、非水溶媒中における水酸化物イオンと電子受容体との反応(梅本)、金属イオンと過塩素酸のイオン会合(北川)、イオンと溶媒分子の錯形成反応(坂本)の研究に基づいて溶質・溶媒相互作用が評価された。
(4)液々界面イオン移動ボルタンメトリ-に立脚した生体関連物質等の定量法の開発及びそのための基礎研究(千田)、同ボルタンメトリ-を基礎にした液々界面イオン移動と電子移動の相互作用の研究(木原)が行われた。また、液間電位差の測定から溶質・溶媒・溶媒相互作用を知るための基礎デ-タが蓄積された(伊豆津)。
(5)非水溶媒を利用した酸性紙中の水素イオン濃度の定量法(藤原)、水溶液中でのアクチニドイオンの各種錯形成反応に基づいたアクチニドイオンの化学形別定量法が提案された(吉田)。
