研究概要	1.平成3年2月6〜9日生理研(岡崎)、村上政隆と国際シンポジウム[Ionic Basis and Energy Metabolism of Epithelial Transport]を共催し、同期間中斑会議を行った。国際シンポジウムには欧米の著名な研究者が多数参加した。 2.平成2年度の英文業績集(34編、306頁)および研究報告書を作成した。 3.研究分担者は、それぞれの研究を進展せしめた。新しくえられた知見の一部を紹介する。(1)唾液腺のβ_<1ー>受容体の刺激はサイクリック AMPの上昇を介して腺腔膜のClチャネルを賦活し、Clイオンを分泌する。また底側膜のNaーKーCl共輸送系を賦活し、間質液からNaClを摂取する。摂取されたClイオンは分泌によって減少したイオン量を補充する。流入したNaイオンは起電性NaーKポンプにより間質液に排出される。ムスカリンあるいはα_<1ー>受容体は刺激すると、細胞質Caイオン濃度の上昇を介して、腺腔膜のClイオンチャネル、底側膜のKイオンチャネル、NaーKーCl共輸送、NaーKポンプを賦活する(唾液腺)。(2)ムスカリン受容体刺激はIP_<3ー>Ca系の他にCキナ-ゼ、ホスホリパ-ゼA_2(アラキドン酸産出)を賦活し、それらは共に受容体の活性を抑制する(膵臓)。(3)開口分泌、細胞内分泌細管の形成に対応する細胞膜と細胞内小胞膜の融合を位相感受性膜容量検出法で測定しえるようになり、その細胞内調節機序も明らかになりつつある(膵臓、胃壁細胞)、(4)細胞内pHに細胞内調節機構、つまりNa^+ーH^+対向輸送の調節機構が鮮明となった(唾液腺、涙腺、尿細管細胞)。(5)細胞の容積変化、細胞膜への圧変化によって賦活されるイオンチャネルの存在とその性質が明かとなった。(6)ATP ase、IP_3 受容体の局在がある種の細胞で明らかになりつつある。
