研究概要	1.複数の汚染物質による同時曝露:pb曝露によるポルフィリン代謝異常の検出系として新たに血中ポルフィリノーゲンジアミナーゼ活性の高感度測定法を確立した。又、マウスをpbとNiに同時曝露した時、Pbによる尿中ALA排泄増加をNiが亢進する可能性を示した(友国)。焼却飛灰中及び人体脂肪中に残留しているコプラナー型PCBの各異性体ごとの存在量をGC/MSで測定し、各々の毒性を鶏胚肝EROD、AHH活性誘導能を指標として調べることにより、他のダイオキシン関連物質に対する相対的な毒性を評価した(樫本)。2.汚染物質以外の環境要因:Se摂取レベルに伴う肝GSH-Px活性の経時変化と、パラコート投与時の肝毒性発現との関係を詳細に検討した。又、Se欠乏時にFe代謝が変化している可能性を見出した(井村)。老人病院で病理解剖に付された高齢者の助骨中各種元素濃度と、慢性疾患との関連性について調べ、Pb、Al、Sr濃度が癌や骨の異常と何らかの関連性を持つ可能性を示唆した(鈴木)。3.複合要因としての生体側因子:自己免疫疾患モデル動物であるMRL/1マウスをCd曝露した時、自己抗体産生能が増加することを、in vivoのみならず、脾細胞を用いたin vitroの実験でも明らかにした(大沢)。CCl_4投与時に活性化されるホスホリパーゼA_2の細胞内局在性や基質特異性等の性状を明らかにした(井上)。子宮内でメチル水銀に曝露されたマウスの成長後の学習能力の変化を、曝露量別、性別、テスト回数別に解析した(佐藤)。L-myc遺伝子の対立遺伝子の出現頻度が、肉腫患者と正常者、並びに胃癌転移群と非転移群との間で異なっていることを明らかにした(石崎)。環境中に広く存在する複素環状アミン類が神経毒性を有することを明らかにし、その機構としてGABA受容体のアンタゴニストとして働いている可能性を示した(和田)。
