研究概要	本研究の目的は、第一に、さまざまの実験手法によって超伝導状態の特性を明らかにし、有機物質における超伝導現象の特徴を解明することである。第二には、有機超伝導体の開発指針を発見して、新しい超伝導物質を合成することである。本年度の成果は、以下の3項目にまとめらる。 (1)超伝導状態の特徴の解明 Kー(BEDT-TTF)_2Cu(NCS)_2における磁場侵入長の温度変化を、交流磁化率をとおして測定し、この物質の超伝導が「異方的超伝導」であることを強く示唆する結果を得た。また、臨界温度よりはるかに低い温度で、核磁気緩和率の異常な増大を発見していたが、これは第二種超伝導体の渦糸構造のダイナミクスが主要な原因であると考えられる証拠を得た。βー(BEDT-TTF)_2I_3では、110K付近でのアニール処理によって現れる、2Kの臨界温度をもつ超伝導相の特徴を調べた。未処理の場合に比べて、やや3次元性が増していることを発見し、2K相の性格について考察をすすめた。 (2)電子状態と超伝導との関係の探求 BEDT-TTF塩およびその類似物質で、常伝導相の電子状態を探った。特に、磁気抵抗の量子振動および、昨年度に発見した角度依存振動の測定が多くの物質で成功した。これらの物質では電子がフェルミ液体状態にあることをほぼ確実にしたと同時に、フェルミ面の3次元構造を探る実験手法を確立した。 (3)新物質作成とその特性の解明 EDT-TTF、MDT-TTF、BEDO-TTFなど、BEDT-TTFの類縁分子を用いて多様な錯体を作り、その電子物性を探った。
