研究概要

平成3年度は、本研究計画の最終年度にあたるので、Bardeen教授らとの共同研究をまとめるとともに、その成果をふまえて世界中の研究者達と討論するために、国際ワ-クショップを計画した。国際ワ-クショップは11月12日から15日までの4日間とし、この開催のために必要な費用は、本補助金の他に民間財団の資金を利用することとした。国際ワ-クショップは、広島市内の「エソ-ル広島」を会場として行い、海外から45名、国内から90名の参加者を得た。会議では、複合ヒッグス模型等に関する広範囲の研究が約40件報告され、活発な討論が行われた。会議の内容は、プロシ-ディングスとして刊行のため、現在準備中である。
Bardeen教授らは、トップクオ-ク凝縮模型に関する研究を超対称性がある場合に拡張し、そのまとめはHill教授と佐々木賢助教授(横浜国大)によって会議で報告された。我々は、複合ヒッグス模型の有効理論の構築および動的CPの破れの模型の構築に専心し、この成果を大野木が報告した。
