研究概要

昨年度に引続き、以下の4つのテ-マについて研究を行った。本年度の主要な研究結果を以下に述べる。
1.有機合成戦略としての有機ケイ素化合物の反応
3配位シリセニウムイオンの溶液中の挙動を核磁気共鳴法を用いて精査した。対アニオンを選ぶことにより、従来観測不可能だった弱い塩基との錯体形成を直接確認することが出来た。また溶液中、結晶中ともに単量体として存在するジアルキルスタンニレンを初めて合成、単離しその構造をX線構造解析で決定することが出来た。
2.特異な構造を持つ有機ケイ素化合物および関連化合物の合成と物性
各種のシリルベンゼンジアニオンを置換基の対称性を含め分子設計し合成した結果、室温以上まで安定な3重項種を得ることに成功した。また、各種の新しいケイ素およびゲルマニウムクラスタ-型化合物の合成を行った。
3.新規有機ケイ素ポリマ-の開拓
マスクされたジシレンのアニオン重合により、各種の新規ポリシラン合成を行い、その物性を評価した。さらに、この重合の反応機構について検討した。また、カチオンを側鎖に持つポリシランの合成法を確立した。
4.有機ケイ素化合物および関連IVB族化合物の光反応
アリ-ルオリゴシラン類の励起状態について置換基効果や立体電子効果を詳細に検討し、σーπ共役系だけでなくσーσ共役系においても分子内電荷移動が重要であることを証明した。さらにこれらの基礎的知見をもとに反応設計を行い、ジシラニルエノン類の特異な光1,4ー転位反応を見出した。この反応によって初めて得られたシラトリメチレンメタン中間体は3重項種であることが分かった。
