研究概要

代表者及び分担者等は温熱と制がん剤の併用効果及びその臨床応用に関し、以下の通り基礎的に研究した。加納はCDDPとその誘導体CBDCAについて温熱併用の最も有効な組合せとCDDP等による温熱耐性出現阻止効果を培養株細胞を用いて研究した。又、Hyperthermia and Oncology:Thermal Enhancement of Chemotherapeutic Agentsを分担執筆した。小坂は氷河期残存動物で高冷地性のパイカ鳴き兎への温熱剌激による体温調節反応を分析した。大西は紫外線殺細胞効果の温熱による増強におけるDNA障害物質前処理の影響について粘菌細胞を用いて解析した。前田はマウス腹腔内マクロファ-ジの機能に及ぼす温熱の影響を検討した。又、胃癌腹膜再発に対する抗癌剤温液腹膜灌流についての研究の長年の蓄積を総説(英文)にまとめた。馬嶋は培養細胞を用いてCDDPの殺細胞効果の温熱による増感についてArrhenius Plot解析を試みた。中島はラット肝血流量に及ぼす上半身局所加温の効果について研究した。
分担者は各々異なった方法で温熱と化学療法剤との併用による相互効果及びそれに関連する課題に接近し代表者は自己の分担課題に接近する他、各分担者の研究を統括した。
