研究概要	今年度の研究計画に従って班員の仕事は順次展開しつつある。各班員が明らかにした事は以下のごとくである。竹市は胚形態形成におけるN型カドヘリンの役割を明らかにする為、この分子の遺伝子を欠失したES細胞株を遺伝子タ-ゲッティング法により得ることを試み、結果幾つかの候補となる細胞株を得た。村松はL細胞への遺伝子導入により、初期胚に発現される免疫グロブリンス-パ-ファミリ-の新メンバ-であるエンビジンはカルシウム依存性の基質への接着に関与することを明らかにした。及川はZPーO生合成のホルモンによる調節メカニズムを明らかにし、電子顕微鏡を用いての微細形態、レクチンによる組織化学、モノクロ-ナル抗体による免疫組織化学、そして酵素に関する組織化学により卵管の部域差を明らかにした。森(庸)はヒト胎盤脱落膜細胞培養系の産生する細胞増殖・免疫抑制物質の分離・精製を完了、既知物質との比較検討に入り、またMLR上清より栄養膜細胞の主たる増殖因子がCSFサイトカイン類と証明した。舘はマウスのマクロファ-ジと胎盤胞の相互作用をin vitroで解析し、胚葉の分化や増殖にモノカイン様物質が関与する可能性を示した。またキメラマウスの解析から胚葉分化の遺伝支配に関する新知見を得た。江藤は顔面形成に関連する卵黄嚢液中の因子もしくは、マウス顔面形態形成を阻害するラット血清中の因子を検索する為に、無血清培地での培養系の確立を試み、ASF培地において良好な結果を得た。伊勢村はヒト絨毛膜癌細胞BeWoのフィブロネクチンやラミニンヘの接着には、細胞表面にインテグリンやカルモジュリンが関与し、また本細胞株はA鎖欠損の異型ラミニンを合成していることを明らかにした。森(崇)は卵管細胞由来のマウス胚発生促進活性を解析した結果、本活性は生きている体細胞と共存している時のみ観察される極めて不安定で濃度依存性の強い因子である事を明らかにした。
