研究概要	マウス赤芽球性白血病(MEL)細胞における細胞内分化因子(DIF)のin vivo,in vitroの解析の結果より,これらの因子の相互作用にタンパク質のリン酸化チロシンの脱リン酸化が関与していることを示唆する実験結果を得た。この結果より、タンパク質のチロシンのリン酸化を阻害することによって分化が誘導されると推定し、事実、一連のタンパク質のチロシンキナ-ゼの阻害剤(herbimycin A,genistein,ST638など)がMEL細胞の分化を誘導するのみならず、血球系細胞と無関係な胚性腫瘍細胞(F9)のin vitroでの分化も誘導することを明らかにし、細胞分化において共通反応(タンパク質のリン酸化チロシン基の脱リン酸化)が関与していることを明らかにし、更にこのタンパク質の同定を行いつつある。一方、又ゲル内でのDNAの一次構造の変化を検出するゲノムDNAのdifferential cloning法を開発した。この方法によってラット・マウスの同一個体での組織(脳、レンズ)特異的なDNAの増幅の可能性を強く示唆する結果を得た。このことは従来の概念とは異なって発生過程において組織特異的にDNAの一次構造の変化がある可能性を示したと云える。
