研究概要	(1)GaAs/AlGaAs細線の非局所的量子伝導を様々な端子配置で測定した。電流ー電圧端子分離距離の長いところでも、低温、強磁場でシブニコフ・ドハ-ス振動が観測された。この現象は測定端子抵抗に敏感であり、エッジ状態と深く関係する。ビスマスのメゾスコピック構造で、反局在、量子ゆらぎを研究した。 (邑瀬和生) (2)STMの立ち上げを終了し、ソフトウエアを開発しつつある。(小林俊一) (3)電子ビ-ム描画技術とMOCVD成長技術とを組み合わせることにより、300A^^°程度の寸法を有する埋め込み型GaAs細線構造を作製することに成功した。さらに量子細線のバンド構造の理論解析を行うとともに、マイクロ波内の光波と閉じ込め電子との相互作用を実験的に調べ、自然放出制御効果の存在を示した。 (荒川泰彦) (4)いくつかの有機伝導体(αーBEDTーTTF_2I_3,(DMeーDCNQI)_2Cuなど)の低温磁気抵抗、比熱に異常を発見し、これと格子点が大きな有機分子であることとの関連を追求した。 (佐々木亘) (5)量子化ホ-ル抵抗ならびにコンダクタンス測定用に、GaAs/AlGaAsヘテロ接合試料を作製した。15.6Tまでの磁場、0.5Kまでの低温で、0.01p.p.m以下の相対精度で量子化ホ-ル抵抗測定を可能にした。 (川路紳治) (6)(GaAs)_n/(AlGaAs)_n超格子(n=1〜15)におけるフォトリフレクタンス測定から擬直接遷移の存在を見出した。GaAs/AlAsトンネル障壁における電子ーフォノン相互作用を取入れ、実験結果の解析を行った。 (浜口智尋) (7)InAsタイプIIヘテロ構造をMBE成長により作製し、2次元電子輸送現象を調べた。電子ビ-ム露光による極微構造作製方法を研究した。 (井上正崇) (8)PtSi薄膜と細線の低温における磁気抵抗測定を行い、超伝導転移温度、磁気散乱効果を研究した。 (石田修一、邑瀬和生)
