研究概要	実験研究:(山崎)アミラーゼアイソザイムの塩基配列の決定を行ない、アミラーゼ遺伝子は共調進化によって進化しており、種分化には適応進化が働いている事が明かとなった。(戸張)アナナスショウジョウバエ種群5種を用いてrDNA非転写領域内のsite variationを調べ、rDNA変異の種内、集団内での固定、均一化がmtDNAよりも早い事が分かった。(広吉)イエバエの性決定因子MおよびFについてPCR法を用いてクローニングを試みた。(石和)melanogaster complex4種についてそれぞれ複数系統per遺伝子の一部の塩基配列を決定し、種特異的求愛歌リズムに関するアミノ酸座位を3箇所以内に絞った。(原田)キイロショウジョウバエの自然突熱変異率を7つの酵素遺伝子座について推定し、移動度の突熱変異率として7.06x10^<-7>/世代/遺伝子座という値を得た。(日下部)キイロショウジョウバエの近縁種にGPDH遺伝子座における重複多型が殆ど存在しない事を確認した。(高野)キイロショウジョウバエ6系統とオナジショウジョウバエ1系統の5.3kbの領域について塩基配列の決定を完了した。理論研究:(木村)分子レベルでのと表現型進化の橋渡しを行なう試みとして、大進化四段階説を提唱した。(太田)DNAデータ解析による理論の検証を行ない、プロテアーゼとそのインヒビターの活性部位の変異性が遺伝子変換によってもたらされることを示した。(高畑)脊椎動物の免疫系で、自己・非自己を識別している分子の進化学的研究を行なった。(田嶋)DNAレベルの集団内変異に関する研究・分子系統樹作成に関する統計的研究を行った。(舘田)集団の地理的構造や交配様式がヘテロザイゴシティや連鎖不平衡に与える影響の研究・散在うる反復配列を用いた集団構造の推定法に関する考察。(飯塚)2遺伝子座2対立遺伝子モデルにおける固定確率および平均固定待ち時間を拡散方程式を使って研究した。
