研究概要

第3回国際比較生理生化学会議は、国際生物科学連合比較生理生化学部門加盟団体である日本比較生理生化学会が主催し、関連する諸学会等の協力を得て1991年8月25日から6日間の日程で、東京都立大学新キャンパス(八王子市)を会場として開催される。会議のメインテ-マは、1.膜を介する輸送・イオン調節・浸透圧調節、2.ガス交換・呼吸ー循環系、3.代謝適応、4.神経生物学、5.運動系と運動、の5つである。本研究班は、これらのテ-マを中心に学術動向に関する情報の収集と解析を行ない、その結果に基づいて本会議をより一層有意義なものとするための提案を行なうことを目的として、活動を進めた。具体的には、7月に第1回研究会を本研究班の分科会の形式で行ない、研究の進め方について方針を固めた。11月には、第2回研究会を班会議を兼ねて開催し、主にポスタ-発表のあり方、シンポジウム等の時間配分について検討を行なった。その結果、活発な討論のために必要な、内容によるポスタ-発表日や順序の割り振り、発表時間などについて結論を得た。班会議では、これまでの研究成果について報告を行ない、今後の活動について検討した。第3回研究会は、本年1月に行なった。この研究会では、シンポジウム・ポスタ-発表以外の学術プログラムのあり方について検討した。その結果、すでに内容決定済みのシンポジウムのほかに、最先端技術の開発の過程・コンセプトに焦点をあてたワ-クショップを企画することが必要であるとの結論を得た。具体的には、遺伝子工学・電子顕微鏡・画像処理・コンピュ-タに関連するワ-クショップの計画案をまとめ、本会議の学術プログラム委員会に提言の形で報告した。
