研究概要

本研究班の目的は炎症反応における細胞間シグナル・ネットワ-クに関し、単離細胞を用いる研究者と炎症モデルを用いる研究者が、相互に討論し、<in vitro>___ーの結果を<in vivo>___ーへ応用し、両者の結果の違いを検討しながら重点領域研究のテ-マを絞りこむことにある。
第一回班会議は7月21日(土)日本炎症学会総会当日開かれ、次年度の重点領域研究の焦点に関して討論した。
第二回班会議は9月27日(木),28日(金)両日、私学会館において各自が発表を行い、討論を通して重点領域研究のテ-マを絞ることを試みた。単離細胞を用いる研究者の報告としては、清水が血小坂活性化因子(PAF)受容体の単離と分子構造に関する発表を行い、水上は好中球のロイコトリエン(LT)B_4の分解様式について発表した。また加藤は腫瘍プロモ-タ-による腫瘍細胞の増殖と炎症細胞の増殖における差異を明らかにし、後者の増殖様式に示唆を与えた。永井は好中球の細胞マトリックス代謝の様式についてメタルプロテア-ゼを中心に検討した成績を発表した。これに対し炎症モデルに関しては、猪木のグル-プは炎症反応におけるtachykininの関与、カラゲニン肉芽腫で産生されるphospholipase A_2活性化ペプチドについて報告し、神原はリウマチ様関節炎患者の関節液中のマクロファ-ジ游走抑制因子について報告した。鹿取は、微小循環における好中球血管外游走機構を明らかにした。吉永は炎症巣において好中球が血管外に浸潤するとILー1を産生し始め、次いでそのinhibitorを産生すること、大石はILー1に続いてILー6が産生され肝より急性相蛋白産生を促すことを発表した。田上のグル-プは乾癬におけるサイトカインの役割を、牧野はI型アレルギ-反応におけるPAFとT細胞の役割を、鶴藤は糖質コルチコイドの作用機序につき発表した。次年度の重点領域研究は食細胞をとりあげる。
