不斉環化重合によるクラウンポリマーの主鎖キラルバリヤー化と不斉認識の高度化

研究概要	(1)ジエポキシドの位置および立体特異的重合によるイオノフォアの合成 D-マンニトールから導いたジエポキシド(1)およびこれとは2,5位の絶対配置のみ異なるL-イジトールからの誘導体(2)のカオチン環化重合では生成ポリマーの構造はともにD-グルシトール単位(3)であった。したがって、分子間反応はα-開裂、分子内環化はβ-開裂する位置および立体選択的な環化重合であった。ポリマー(3)はメチレン・ブルーやローダミン6Gのような大きな有機カチオンをも強く捕捉する特異性を示し、さらにフェニルグリシンなどアミノ酸に対する不斉認識能も確認された。このようにポリマー(3)がクラウンエーテルとは異なり、天然のモネンシンのような鎖状のイオノフォアとして機能することを見い出した。 (2)不斉環化重合によるポリマー主鎖への不斉導入環化重合で形成される環化単位はメソとラセモの単位からなり、このうちラセモ単位は対称面をもたずキラルである。そこで、L-スレイトールをキラルテンプレートとするジメタクリレートモノマー(4)の単独重合および共重合によってラセモ環化単位の形成に基づく不斉発現を確認し、不斉環化重合による光学活性ポリMMAおよびポリ(MMA-co-ST)を合成した。
