卵巣、胎腱の機能発現における細胞成長因子と癌遺子の役割:その分子内分泌学的考察

研究概要

顕粒膜細胞の増殖、分泌におけるEGFの生物学的役割を卵胞の発育段階別に検討した結果、顕粒膜細胞は自らEGFを雇〓〓ると同時にEGF受精体を有し、EGFは来成組卵胞では顕粒膜細胞の増殖を促進するのに対し、成熟卵胞では顕粒膜細胞のestradiolmixを抑制し、proqestersre分泌を促進するという、卵胞発育〓〓に応じて異なる二面的な生理作用を有することを認めた。つまり、卵〓内にはEGFをシグナルとしたantocrine調節機構が存在し、EGFという一つの局所調節囚子が卵胞成熟の進行に応じて〓能膜細胞の増殖促進から色化機能調節へとその作用を転じることが国際的にはじめて明らかになった。
この知見は 旺盛な増殖、色化をとげる細胞系での細胞成長囚子の役割は決して単一なものではなく、作用の場となる細胞の分化レベルに応じて変化するものであることを示唆し、〓〓をとげる細胞系での各種成長囚子の生物作用解明を目的とした研究に新しい視点と方向性を与えるものである。その意義は極めて深い。
他方、組色人にホブラス人の増殖、分他と細胞成長囚子の関わりでは、人にホブラス人は自らEGF、IGF-Iを養生、分泌すると同時にEGFIGF-Iに対する受精体を有し、EGFは極めて初期の〓〓4-5週謝毛では人にホブラス人の増殖を促進するのに対し、〓〓も週以降では人にホブラス人の分化機能を促進するという2面的な生物促用を〓〓週数に応じて発押することで法めた。
