リボゾームRNAの部分塩基配列に基づく酵田および酵田様系状菌の分子系統学的研究

研究概要

1)Round ascosporeおよびユビキノン系Q‐9に特徴づけられるgenus Pichiaに属する菌株の18Sおよび26S rRNAの部分塩基配列を決定した。P.abadieae、P.carsonii、P.etchellsii、P.humboldtii、Candida ingensのうち、P.carsoniiとP.etchellsiiは上記の塩基配列、とくに、18S rRNAのそれで、Debaryomyces属の諸菌株のうち、第2のグループの諸菌株と同じ部分塩基配列を与えた。この結果より、P.carsoniiとP.etchellsiiを、Debaryomyces属に移し、新組合せ、D.carsoniiとD.etchellsiiと、それぞれ、された。また、これに関連して、genus Debaryomycesの定義を変更した。2)担子菌酵母、Leucosporidium fellii、L.lari‐marini、Filobasidium capsuligenum、F.floriforme、F.uniguttulatumの18Sおよび26S rRNAの部分塩基配列を決定した。とくに、18S rRNAの部分塩基配列において、F.capsuli‐genumは、他のF.floriforme、F.uniguttulatumとは、それぞれ、塩基の相違数、4および5を与えた。この結果は、F.capsuligenumにたいして、独立した属を与えることができる。また、L.felliiは、本属の基準種であるL.scottiiとは、かなり離れた系統(塩基の相違数、4)を示す。しかし、L.lari‐mariniは、Cystofilobasidium capitatumとまったく同じ塩基配列を与えた。このことは、本種をgenus Cystofi‐lobasidiumに移すべきであることを示す。3)Apiculate yeastの部分塩基配列を決定した。本酵母は、独特のレモン型の形態で、bipolar buddingをおこなう。ユビキノン系はQ‐6に特徴付けられる。そのうち、genus Hanseniasporaに属する酵母は、18S rRNAの部分塩基配列より、2系統に分かれた。したがって、round ascosporeをもつ3種、H.osmopila、H,occidentalis、H.vineaeは、genus Kloeckeraspora Niehausを復活して、その属に移さるべきであると、結論された。
