高原子価ハロゲン原子を組み込んだシクロファン等高歪化合物の合成、物性、反応性

研究概要	高原子価ヨウ素原子を高歪化合物中に組み込んだ時の物性を検討するため、また高原子価ヨウ素をヘテロ原子間の電荷移動相互作用を調べるため、[3.3]メタシクロファンの9、18位をヨウ素原子で架橋し、更に架橋鎖の2、11位をヘテロ原子、特に窒素原子で置き換えた化合物の合成を試みた。9位にヨウ素原子を持つアザシクロファンは、今回は新規に水一有機溶媒の二相系で相間移動触媒を用いることにより、従来法の前後の処理の面倒さを回避することができ、目的のアザシクロファンを好収率で得ることができた。得られた9ーヨウ素置換[3。3]アザシクロファンを種々の酸化剤を用いてヨ-ドニウム体に変換することを試みたが、全く反応しないかベンジル位が開裂するか、ヨウ素の脱離によるビフェニル誘導体しか得られていない。原因の一つとしてはジフェニルヨ-ドニウム部分の原子価角我90度となるため、分子にかなりの歪がかかるものと考えられる。ベンジル位における開裂を避けるため、ヘテロ原子をメチレン鎖で置き換えた[3.3]メタシクロファンの9、18位を高原子価ハロゲン原子で繋いだ化合物の合成を試みることにした。ヨウ素原子の大きい原子半径のためシクロファン内での架橋が困難になっている可能性もあるため、通常ではより不安定な高原子価臭素或は塩素で架橋することにした。これらの前駆体として得られた9ーハロゲン置換[3.3]メタシクロファンジオンにおいては、ハロゲン置換されていない方のベンゼン環内部水素のnmrにおける吸収位置が、ハロゲン原子の原子半径が大きいほど高磁場になるという興味ある結果が得られた。ヨウ素原子とは異なり、塩素あるいは臭素の場合には高原子価になりにくいので、ジアゾニウム塩を経由するル-トでの合成を現在進めている。
