研究概要	(1)GaAs/AlGaAsメゾスコピック構造素子で、電流ー電圧端子分離経路上の電子濃度による非局所磁気抵抗の変化を調べた。バリステックな運動による電子フォ-カス効果により、電子の緩和距離や界面反射係数の電子濃度依存性を測定した。(邑瀬)(2)半導体量子細線における磁気フォノン共鳴による磁気抵抗を計算し、バルク物質や2次元系ではみられない新しい共鳴成分を見出した。(浜口)(3)100オ-ム標準抵抗器の抵抗値と量子化ホ-ル抵抗値R_H(i)=h/ie^2,(i=2,4)を短時間で高精度(相対精度0.01ppm以下)の測定を行うために、極低温電流比較器を試作した。さらに、抵抗標準試料として用いられる4.2Kにおける電子移動度が約20m^2/V_sのGaAs/AlGaAsウエハ-から製作したサイヅが異なる試料について、温度1.5Kと0.5Kでホ-ル抵抗R_H(2),R_H(4)と対角抵抗R_<xx>のレコ-ダ-トレ-スによる電流依存性の測定を行い、プラト-の磁場範囲は中央部における電流密度に依存して変化することが判った。(川路)(4)量子ポイントコンタクトを使い、電子波の位相を静電圧による干渉パタンを測定した。また、微小接合列中の一電子トンネル電圧振動を観測し、一電子ソリトンが重要であることを明らかにした。(小林)(5)MOCVD選択成長を用いてGaAs量子細線を作製するとともに、そのPL特性、磁気PL特性等を測定することにより量子細線効果の存在を確認した。(荒川)(6)InAsヘテロ構造を原子層制御によるMBE成長により作製し、基礎物性を評価した。電子ビ-ム露光により作製した2端子素子において、77Kで初めて1次元量子化電流およびク-ロンブロッケイドによる階段波形が観測された。(井上)(7)αー(BEDTーTTE) _2I_3の金属ー非金属転移は細かい転移の集合であることなどが明らかになった。(梶田)(8)ptSi超薄膜の超伝導とアンダ-ソン局在との競合を低温の磁気抵抗効果により調べた。(石田)
