研究概要

1.気体中の強い衝撃波の構造:(1)実験:(本間)自由ピストン2段膜衝撃波管を用いて、低密度空気中に強い衝撃波を作り出し、レ-ザ-差動干渉法を用いて衝撃波構造の予備観測を行なうことができた。今後、波面内の密度分布と衝撃波の厚さの測定ならびに発光と衝撃波構造との相互関係の追求を行なって行く予定でいる。(白井)衝撃波計測に非常に有用と思われるモアレシュリ-レン法の開発に成功した。(2)解析:(桜井)衝撃波構造問題におけるモット・スミス解の誤差の一様な評価を与えた。また、衝撃波両側の平衡マクスウエル分布の幾何平均型による新しい近似解により、解の改良がなされた。この近似解をもとにした解の存在証明を目指している。(白井)衝撃層の物理量に対して、温度モデルとショックスリップの影響が大きいことがわかった。反応モデルの違いの効果は第二義的である。(安部)衝撃波での内部自由度の励起をDSMC法で扱う新しいモデルを提唱し、現在研究を進めている。2.進行衝撃波の物体との干渉:(1)分散波の反射:(本間)炭酸ガス中の分散波が斜面で反射する際の非定常効果について、昨年までよりやや高いマッハ数の場合でも同じような効果のあることを明確にした。(2)せん断層との干渉:(斉田)物体後部形状がフレア-型とボ-トテ-ル型の場合につき、衝撃波の回折過程を明らかにした。また、物体通過後の衝撃波の不安定性を明らかにした。3.凝縮媒体中の衝撃波の構造:(1)(村上)超流動ヘリウム中の熱衝撃波のレ-ザ-ホログラム千渉法による観測に世界で初めて成功した。極めて応答時間の短い(1μs)超伝導温度センサ-の開発に成功した。(2)(佐藤)分子動力学法により、レナ-ド・ジョ-ンズ液体中における衝撃波のランキン・ユゴニオの関係を求めることができた。
