研究概要	本年度の研究では、末梢及び中枢での痛みの伝達機構を電気生理学的、解剖学的、生化学的手法を用いて総合的に調べ、以下の興味ある結果を得た。課題7ではポリモ-ダル受容器の熱および化学(Bradykinin,BK)反応において、強度熱刺激やプロスタグランジンの修飾作用、cAMP活性上昇の効果が異なることから、その受容変換機構が単一ではないことが示唆された(熊澤)。またBKにより誘発されるCaオシレ-ションには持続的なCa流入が必要であること(東田)、プロスタグランジン受容体のうち、EP_3サブタイプが365個のアミノ酸より成る分子量40,090の蛋白であることを明らかにした(成宮)。課題8では痛覚刺激により起こる体性ー交感神経反射は、モルヒネの脊髄クモ膜下腔内投与でC反射電位の選択的な減弱が起こる知見を得た(佐藤昭)。課題9では、内臓性神経の脊髄後角での終末は体性神経とは分布部位が異なり、その形態は中心終末をとることが少なく単シナプスのAxoーdendritic結合を形成することを見出した(杉浦)。またモノクロ-ナル抗体を用いてGABA_B受容体が神経細胞あるいはその突起などの形質膜に存在することを明らかにし(木村)、Capsaicinは脊髄後角でのグルタミン酸の遊離量を増加させることを見出した(佐藤公)。さらに痛覚の二次感覚ニュ-ロンにおける視床での神経伝達物質の検討が行なわれた(金澤)。課題10では血中及び脳脊髄液中のバゾプレッシン分泌はエンドドキシンにより異なった制御を受け、それらは共にプロスタグランジン系を介するものであること、血中バゾプレッシンは少なくとも一部はILー1βを介することを明らかにした(森)。またオピオイドペプチドが副交感神経出力細胞に抑制的に働き、内臓反射系の制御に関与する結果を得た(堀)。
