種間間接作用機構の操作実験による解析

研究概要	本計画研究は特に種間の間接効果に注目し、群集における多種共存の機構を操作実験により解明することを目指し、以下の研究に着手した。 1)植物ー動物の相互関係、寄主ー寄主関係の実体解明。 1ー1)アリ散布型植物であるミヤマネンレイソウを用いたアリと植物との相互作用の解明に着手した。 1ー2)ドングリを利用する種子食昆虫での、システムの構造の解明。樹種により種子生産量の個体変異が異なることが示された。 1ー3)ベッコウバチの餌選択の分析。本年度は、キスジベッコウの獲物の相対サイズと、その巣までの運搬距離との関係を分析した。 1ー4)各種の植物群の花から放出される化学信号物質である芳香成分の化学構造の決定と生物検定を行なった。 2)植物ー植食動物ー肉食動物系での実験個体群による動態の解明。実験的に設定した豆ーマメゾウムシー寄生蜂系での共存要因を調べた。 3)種間関係における化学物質の情報伝達物質としての働き。 3ー1)コナダニ類での、警報、集合及び性フェロモンの解明。バイチヒゲダニの警報フェロモン等の同定を行なった。 3ー2)捕食性ダニの誘引物質生産の機構解明。植物が生産する捕食性ダニ誘引物質は加害部分から生産されること等が明らかになった。 4)上記1)2)3)の研究成果の有機的結合の促進 4ー1)既存の野外研究デ-タを理論的に整理し、数理モデルによって群集構造の予測を試みる。本年度は、複数種相互作用系の管理についての理論的研究などを行なった。これらの研究はいづれも第1年目であり、各研究は緒についたばかりであるが、すでに断片的に次頁にあるような成果が公表されている。
