研究概要

(1)ゲームの方法論、(2)組識と契約、(3)環境の経済学、(4)マクロ動学の4グループに、(2)をa)市場と組織、b)契約と慣行、c)経済組織の国際比較に分けて共同研究を行った。
(1)社会的意志決定を自由社会で実現(implement)するメカニズムに不確実性を導入することで、事実上どんな意志決定でも実現できることを示した(松島)。また社会的意志決定における自由の問題について、社会を構成するメンバーの自由な意志決定を許すゲーム理論の立場から分析枠組み自体の再構成を行った(鈴村)。
(2)a)わが国の電気通信業を例として、市場の失敗に対する望ましい行政的介入のあり方を検討した(鈴村・藤原)。b)進化論的ゲーム理論を使って、限定合理性しか持たないプレイヤー同士の協調を引き出す上での慣行の役割を明らかにした(神取)。ゲームの実験を通じて、プレイヤー間の相対的な勝敗が意志決定に影響を与えることを明らかにした(西条)。国家を経済契約ととらえ、この契約を実現できる可能性について分析した(岡田)。c)日本型企業の組織構造と情報やインセンティブの側面での優位性の関わりを、製品開発や人的資源のマネージメントを例として検討した(伊藤秀史)。わが国の流通システムについて多様な実証分析と理論化を行った(伊藤元重)。日米の労使関係の相違を、契約可能性の視点から理論的に検討した(金本)。
(3)地球環境問題を始めとする動学的経済システム、特に非線形動学モデルのカオスや周期性について理論的な基礎付けを行った。(4)実物的景気循環論の立場から景気の国際波及のメカニズムについて理論的な孝察を行った(西村和雄)。不完全競争モデルを基礎にそこでの非対称的情報が投資活動を通じて与えるマクロ経済への効果を考察した(西村清彦)。
