研究概要

当初の研究計画に従って3のグル-プを結成し、研究協力を行った。
グル-プ1:膜機能に関するもので、石橋は白血球における活性酸素産生機構を細胞膜蛋白:細胞質蛋白の活性複合体から検討、市川は肥満細胞の細胞膜Gタンパク質aサブユニットの局在性と細胞室移行と脱感作との関係を解析、野村はNG108‐15細胞でセロトニン刺激によりGシクラ-ゼの活性化に際し新規リセプタ-の関与を発見、高野ペルオキシゾ-ム膜形成過程を膜蛋白合成と輸送の面から解析した。
グル-プ2:細胞オルガネラの諸反応に関するもので、岡本は分泌顆粒中のC末端アミド化酵素を単離しその作用を解析、さらにその遺伝子構造を明にした。市原はプロテオソ-ム複合体を単離しその性状及び形成過程を研究、加藤はリソゾ-ム顆粒内蛋白の合成からリソゾ-ム膜への輸送過程、井上は細胞内コレステロ-ル輸送系に対するアゾ-ル系薬物の使用、赤松はホスファチジルセリン欠損細胞を単離し、それを利用してPSが小胞体からミトコンドリアへ至る輸送系ならびに生合成系を解析した。
グル-プ3:細胞核内因子の作用発現に関するもので、五十嵐はポリアミンに依る蛋白合成促進がmRNAのGC含量に依存することを発見、市山はセリン:ピルビン酸トランスアミナ-ゼ遺伝子の染色体上の位置を決定、大場はラット肝中の甲状腺ホルモンのAGP遺伝子に対する作用発現をクロマチンレベルで解析した。
以上 全班員はその成果を学会、雑誌等に発表、それぞれ満足すべき評価を得た。
