表面増感第二高調波発生・ハイパ-ラマン分光法による電極表面反応の構造化学的研究

研究概要	上記の研究課題に関して本年度に得られた研究結果を以下にまとめる。 [1]ヘミシアニン色素の銀電極表面吸着構造と表面モルフォロジ-との関連ヘミシアニン色素の一つである4ー(2ー(4ーdimethylamino phenyl)ー1ーmethylpyridinium Iodide(HC)はpH=1.0の水溶液中でプロトン付加型(HCH^+)をとる。表面増感ラマン分光法を用いてpH=1.0での銀電極表面吸着構造を調べたところ、電極表面の酸化還元処理条件によっては脱プロトン型をとることが明らかになったので、各条件での電極表面を走査電子顕微鏡で観察し、表面モルフォロジ-と吸着構造との関連を明らかにした。 [2]時間分解ラマン分光法によるヘプチルビオロ-ゲン(HV)モノカチオンラジカルフィルムの生成過程の研究 Nd^<3+>ーYAGレ-ザ-励起色素レ-ザ-を光源とする時間分解能約10nsecの時間分解ラマン分光器を製作した。HVを含む銀または白金電極を動作電極とする電気化学セルに階段状の電極電位(-0.2→-0.65V vs.Ag/AgCl)を印加して、電極表面に生成するモノカチオンラジカルの時間分解ラマンスペクトルを上記の装置により測定しその機構について詳しく解析した。その結果、初期の核生成と、それに続く一次の拡散律速で進行するラジカル膜の成長過程の存在することを明らかにした。 [3]ヘミシアニン色素を含むLangmuirーBlodgett(LB)累積膜の第二高調波発生(SHG)効率と構造との関連基本波(1064nm)の入射角を変化させつつ、透過および反射法でLB累積膜のSHG強度を精密測定する装置を製作した。この装置を用いて、ヘミシアニン誘導体とNースチルバゼン誘導体との組合せで調製したヘテロLB累積膜のSHG発生効率を測定し、そのフ-リエ変換赤外反射吸収スペクトル法によって明らかにされた各試料の構造との相関を調べた。
