研究概要

産業および地域保健領域の神経、精神、行動障害とその評価法に関し、本年度は以下の成果を得た。1)多種の重金属曝露による末梢神経機能に及ぼす影響を調べるために、鉛、亜鉛および銅の同時曝露作業者の橈骨および正中神経伝導速度を測定したところ、両速度とも低下をしたが、亜鉛および銅は鉛の神経障害に対し拮抗作用を示した。2)年齢、心拍数、性、喫煙、飲酒の自律神経機能に及ぼす影響を調べるために健常人の心電図RR間隔変動を測定したところ、年齢および心拍数が有意の影響を及ぼすことがわかった。3)慢性の職業性鉛曝露および飲酒による末梢神経機能に及ぼす影響を調べるために鉛作業者およびアルコ-ル依存者の末梢神経伝導速度および速度分布(DCV)を測定したところ、ともに伝導速度の速い神経線維のほうが影響を受けやすいことがわかった。4)生活習慣および職場ストレスが抑うつ症状に及ぼす影響を検討するために企業従業員および工場作業者を対象に質問紙調査を実施したところ、睡眠時間1日6時間以下、毎日三回食事を食べない場合、飲酒習慣のない場合、作業ペ-スのコントロ-ル、職場の人間関係および職務の不適性が抑うつ症状と有意に関連していた。5)職場における問題飲酒行動の頻度およびその基本的属性との関連を調べるために企業従業員のうち現在飲酒者を対象に質問紙調査を実施したところ、問題飲酒行動の頻度は男性で15%、女性で6%であり、また低学歴、職種および一週間飲酒量が問題飲酒行動と関連することが示された。6)職場ストレスが血圧、ヘモグロビンA1c、医師受診率、抑うつ症状およびうつ病の発症に及ぼす影響を5つの研究デ-タを基に検討したところ職務不満足がヘモグロビンA1c、抑うつ症状、うつ病および医師受診率と関連を示した。
