研究概要	1.シアンラジカルCN電子励起状態の分光と電子状態の解析アルゴン原子の準安定励起状態Ar(^3p_<0,2>)とBrCNとの衝突解離反応で生成させたCN電子励状態からの発光スペクトルを測定し解析した。 (1)CN(B^2Σ^+〜^4Π)摂動線の解析 CN(B-X)発光スペクトルの17-14,17-16バンドの摂動線を高分解能解析し、^4Π状態の振動準位の帰属を確定するとともにこの電子状態のポテンシャル曲線をRKR法により決定した。さらに14-14バンドの摂動線強度に現れるアルゴン圧力依存性を解析し、ArおよびHe原子との衝突による^4Π状態の摂動準位の回転緩和断面積と自然放射寿命を決定した。 (2)CN(A^2Π)高振動励起状態の分子定数とポテンシャル曲線の決定 CN(A-X)発光スペクトルを測定解析し、A^2Π状態が生成した直後の振動回転分布を決定し、生成過程がエネルギー移動機構であると結論した。さらにCN(B-X)発光スペクトルに現れるB-A摂動線を解析して、A状態のv≦3θの分子定数を決定し、RKR法によりポテンシャル曲線を決定した。 2.ケイ素原子を含む活性化学種の発光スペクトル解析四塩化ケイ素と活性窒素との反応により生成したSiNラジカルの発光スペクトルを高分解能で測定した。始状態を共有する回転遷移の相対強度を解析し、電子遷移モーメントのSi-N原子間距離依存性を求めて、このラジカルのB^2Σ状態における電子構造について詳細な情報を得た。 3.ゲルマニウム原子を含む活性化学種のレーザー分光 Cl_2とBr_2をアルゴンガスに希釈して放電励起し、下流でGeH_4と反応させることによりHGeClおよびHGeBrを生成させた。レーザー誘起蛍光法を用いて電子遷移を高分解能で測定し,A^1A(v_1v_20)→X^1A´(000)遷移系列の回造を解析して分子定数を決定した。さらに時間分解分光測定を行い,A^1A状態の自然放射寿命を約400nsと決定した。
