スピン密度波のダイナミックスの研究

研究概要	(1)高周波伝導度測定装置の作成スピン密度波の集団励起を捉えるためにマイクロ波・ミリ波領域での複素電気伝導度測定装置の作成を行なった。その際、有機凝一次元物質の単結晶のように微少体積試料に対しても充分なシグナルを得るために、10GHzの超伝導空洞共振器(空洞共振器は超伝導状態に保ち、試料のみを温度変化させる)を作成した。その動作確認は他のグル-プによる測定結果との比較が部分的に可能な銅酸化物高温超伝導体単結晶で行なった。結果は良好であり、高温超伝導体の複素電気伝導度の温度依存性について新たな知見が得られた。さらに、電気伝導度の周波数依存性を検討するために、50GHz空洞共振器による電気伝導度測定装置の作成を試みた。高温超伝導体単結晶試料で動作試験を行なったところ、表面インピ-ダンスの実部(表面抵抗)は充分な制度で測定できたが、虚部(表面リアクタンス)については試料のシグナルの検出に成功していない。しかし測定結果を検討した結果、この問題は共振器内の試料位置あるいは共振モ-ドを変えることにより解決できるとの結論に至り、現在改良に取り組んでいる。 (2)直流パルス電気伝導度自動測定装置の作成スピン密度波による非線型伝導を広いパラメ-タ-範囲で効率よく測定する為に直流パルス電気伝導度自動測定装置の作成を行なった。現在、He_3中で動作するクライオスタット部分を残すのみの段階である。来年度(最終年度)には本システムで非線型電気伝導の測定を行なう。
