研究概要	がん研究のためには各種の研究資材が必要である。本研究班はがん研究に必要な資材を調整し、分与し、あるいはそれらの所在情報を、がん研究者に広く供給することを目的としいてる。具体的には次の8つの事業を行った(平成4年1月-12月期の実績を示す。)。 1.移植腫瘍・細胞の分与(工藤俊雄担当):211株を供給した。移植腫瘍の所在情報は平成5年5月刊行予定である。 2.化学物質(黒木登志夫):IQ,MeIQ,NitoIQを各1件分与した。 3.単クローン抗体(橋本嘉幸、高橋利忠):所在情報パンフレットを作成した。新たに84件登録。これまでの総計は779件となった。 4.遺伝子(豊島久真男、渋谷正史、山本雅):プローブ1件配布した。ヒト・マウスハイブリドーマDNA6件配布した。 5.染色体マッピング(吉田迪弘、中村祐輔):マッピング用ハイブリドーマ細胞3件。insituhybidization法によるマッピング10件、およびマッピング用プローブ152件分与した。 6.遺伝情報(宮田隆、五條堀孝、伊藤彬):遺伝子のコンピューター解析20件、および超遺伝子族データベースとパンフレット作成中。 7.DNA保存(黒木登志夫、青木國雄):和歌山医大、産業医大関係コホートの末梢血DNAを100μgづつ分離、保存した。 8.ペプチド合成(富田基郎、吉田光昭、黒木登志夫):班員の要望に応じて51件のペプチドを合成した。
