研究概要	A.リンパ濾胞樹状細胞(FDC)(1)起源:骨髄造血細胞由来ではない(今井)。リンパ組織内固着性間葉系細胞由来(布施)。(2)機能:免疫複合体保持機能は胚中心明調帯での補体活性化や血液凝固因子の存在と相関(今井)。B細胞に対するnurse cellの性格を有する(角田)。生理的状態と同様にBリンパ腫進展においてもTリンパ球とFDCによるB細胞性リンパ腫細胞の増殖・選択の統御機能が存在(笠島)。B.相互連結性樹状細胞(IDC)(1)起源:樹状細胞が扁平上皮内でサイトカインの影響を受けBirbeck顆粒を有するCD1a陽性細胞となり抗原刺激後所属リンパ節に移動(社本)。(2)細胞マーカー:S-100蛋白^+・CD1a^-(社本)。莢組織DC特異抗体CS A-2の樹立(浅井)。C.ランゲルハンス細胞(LC)(1)起源:BALB/cマウスの耳介皮膚を用いたin vitro実験系の確立(玉置)。(2)機能:GVHDの早期診断にLCの消失の証明が有用(飯島)。(3)細胞マーカー:リンパ節内ではS-100蛋白^+・CD1a^+(社本)。D.樹状表皮細胞(DEC)の発生:骨髄由来Thy1^+DEC前駆細胞は胸腺に関係なく表皮に遊走(塩原)。E.樹状細胞(DC)の発生、分化:DCの発生・分化は、単球系細胞とは無関係、M-CSF非依存性、GM-CSF依存性(高橋)。DC分化因子(DCDF)精製、その生化学的及び生物学的特徴の解析(赤木)。F.各種疾患における樹状細胞(DC)(1)扁桃炎:掌蹠膿胞症の扁桃では細胞性免疫の台頭が顕著(小泉)。(2)特発性門脈圧亢進症:内皮細胞の増殖能が増強(里舘)。(3)慢性関節リウマチ:滑膜組織におけるDCの局在(須田)。ある種の血管周囲細胞を認識する単クローン性抗体MAI1D8の作製(村上)。多核細胞のマーカー検索(佐藤)。(4)骨髄移植:脾臓におけるリンパ組織の再構築と骨髄移植後感染症の経時的推移との相関(浅井)。(5)悪性腫瘍:甲状腺・食道癌組織内に反応するDCの種類と術前放射線照射の影響の検討(今井)。Reed-Sternberg細胞とKi-1リンパ腫におけるチトクロームb_<558>の高濃度局在(森)。
