次世代空調システム用作動流体に関する熱力学的研究

研究概要	地球規模の環境問題の深刻化から今まで代替フロン物質として考えられてきた水素分子を含むフロン物質(HCFC)類まで規制されることになった。本研究ではHCFC類の代替物質を対象としてその熱物性値情報を明らかにすることを研究目的とした。特に,HCFC-22は空調システムの作動流体として広く用いられており,新たな空調システム用作動流体の開発は緊急の課題である。次世代空調システム用作動流体としてもっとも適する物質を検討した結果,ジフルオロメタン(HFC-32)およびその混合物であるとの結論に至り,平成4年度に引き続き,本年度は以下の成果を収めることができた。 1.ジフルオロメタンHFC-32の音速および液体域の比熱を現有の球共鳴法音速測定装置およびフローカロリーメーターを用いて測定し,HFC-32の理想気体状態の定圧比熱,ビリアル係数,液相の定圧比熱を明らかにすることができた。 2.ペンタフルオロエタンHFC-125の臨界点および飽和蒸気圧力,飽和液体密度を,現有のメニスカス観察臨界定数・気液平衡密度測定装置および磁気式密度計により明らかにすることができた。 3.HFC-32を一成分とする混合物のひとつとして,最も実用化するときに問題が小さい,すなわち地球温暖化係数も大きくなく,可燃性でもないHFC-134aとの組み合わせを考え,HFC-32+HFC-134aの圧力・体積・温度・組成の相互関係(PVT×性質)を気相域において,既存の等容法測定装置を用いて明らかにした。以上当初予定していたとおりの研究成果を得ることができた。
