減数分裂・体細胞分裂細胞間の中心体移殖による中心体の微小管形成能の検定

研究概要	成熟分裂(減数分裂)と卵割(体細胞分裂)で利用される中心体の相違が、分裂様式の相違の誘因となる可能性を検討するため、イトマキヒトデAsterina pectiniferaを用いて、様々な時期に成熟分裂の中心体として第一極体あるいは第二極体を、また卵割の中心体も移植して、移植された中心体による星状体形成と細胞質分裂の誘導について調べた。卵割期に中心体を移植した場合、成熟分裂、卵割どの時期の中心体も内在の分裂装置星状体の他に余分に一つ星状体を形成して、第一卵割後3割球になった。いっぽう、第一次、第二次卵母細胞に中心体を移植した場合、どの時期の中心体も余分な星状体を形成すること、さらには、内在の核および中心体と共同して、3極の分裂装置をも造ることがあったが、第一、第二成熟分裂の極体放出は正常に起こった。しかしながら、星状体の大きさを5% Hexylene glycol海水で安定化して測定すると、第一卵割の星状体の半径が20.4μmであるのに対して、第一成熟分裂の星状体のそれは14.4μmと小さいことや、卵母細胞の第一成熟分裂期に卵割の中心体を移植したのちに形成した星状体3個の大きさもそれぞれ小さいことがわかった。それゆえ、星状体の大きさを決めるのは分裂期の細胞内環境であって、中心体の由来には関係しないと考えられる。また、核分裂は起こすが細胞質分裂は起こさない程度にColcemid処理をした卵の第一卵割分裂装置では、星状体の大きさは成熟分裂の星状体以下の大きさであった。以上のように移植した中心体によって造られる余分な星状体を検討した結果、成熟分裂で星状体が形成されるにもかかわらず極体放出が正常に起こる、つまり余分の星状体による細胞質分裂誘導が起こらないのは、星状体が小さいことが要因であると結論した。
