変分的殻模型による不安定原子核の構造の研究

研究概要	変分的殻模型に基いてエネルギー極小値や一粒子波動関数を決定するコンピューター用プログラムを最終的に完成された。核子間相互作用はデルタ関数及びその微分に限られるが、以前に行っていて数値計算と違って原理的には厳密に解けるようになった。以前は波動関数を表わすのにモデル的な仮定をしていたのに対し、このプログラムでは微分方程式を解くので、アプリオリな予想なしに解を求めていける。それによって^<11>Beや^<13>Cなどの原子核の変分的殻模型の範囲内での、ある与えられた相互作用についての最終的な結果が得られた。これをさらに、質量類が8〜16近辺の言わゆるp殻核に適用した。求められた波動関数を用いて幾つかの興味深い計算を行った。一つは直接中性子捕獲の断面積の計算である。中性子ハローが励起状態の中にあると、入射中性子がE1遷移によって、この中性子ハローを持つ一粒子軌道へ入りやすくなる。特に、入射エネルギーが低い時に、断面積が大きくなり、励起状態での中性子ハローを検出する実験手段として、今後発展させられるべきである。実際には^<13>Cの変分的殻模型波動関数を用いてこの事を初めて見出した。もう一つの計算は、^<11>Beの基底状態からのE1光破砕反応の励起関数である。1Mev付近に大きなピークが出る事を示し、今後の実験に示唆を与えた。
