研究概要

がん研究のためには各種の研究資材が必要である。本研究班はがん研究に必要な資材を調整し、分与し、あるいはそれらの所在情報を、がん研究者に広く供給することを目的としている。具体的には次の8つの事業を行った。(平成5年1-12月期の実績を示す。)
1.移植腫瘍・細胞の分与(工藤俊雄):358株を供給した。移植腫瘍の所在情報を平成5年6月刊行した。
2.化学物質(黒木登志夫):IQ,MeIQ,NitroIQの供給はなかった。
3.単クローン抗体(橋本嘉幸、高橋利忠):本年度は所在情報パンフレットを作成しなかった。
4.遺伝子(豊島久真男、渋谷正史、山本雅):プローブ3件配布した。ヒト・マウスハイブリトーマDNA1件配布した。
5.染色体マッピング(吉田迪弘、中村祐輔):マッピング用ハイブリドーマ細胞4件。in situ hybridization法によるマッピング18件およびマッピング用プローブ200件分与した。予研遺伝子バンクに染色体クローン985件登録した。
6.遺伝情報(宮田隆、五條堀孝、伊藤彬):遺伝子のコンピューター解析26件、VAXおよび後継機種AXPによる分析3341件、および超遺伝子族データベースのパンフレットを作成した。
7.DNA保存(黒木登志夫、青木國雄):コホートの末梢血DNAを100μgずつ約1000件収集した。
8.ペプチド合成(富田基郎、吉田光昭、黒木登志夫):班員の要望に応じて56件のペプチドを合成した。
