キラル合成のための不斉包接結晶の構築

研究概要	N-ベンゾイルメチル-δ-バレロラクタム(1)を容液中で光照射するとラセミ体のシス-(2)及びトランス-環化生成物(3)の混合物を与える。この反応の不斉制御を試みた。先ず、5aと光学活性ホスト(4a)との1:1包接結晶を調整し、この結晶の粉末を水に分散させて光照射すると光学的にほぼ純粋な(98〜99%ee)トランス異性体(7)を与えた。又、5gと5cは同様の方法でカッコ内に示した光学純度のトランス異性体,7g(84〜95%ee),7c(98%ee)を与えた。しかし,5dは光環化を起こさなかった。又、光学活性ホスト4bを用いて25aの光環化を行うと81〜99%eeの7aを与えた。
