研究概要

2年次に当たるため初年度の成果を踏まえて、研究の一層の進展を図るため計画研究班及び公募採択研究者からなる合同研究会議、公開講演会、若手研究者によるワークショップを開催すると共に、参画研究者間の連絡、情報交換を密にするためニュースレター(PHM Letter)5回発行配布した。総括班会議は合同研究会議(2回開催)の折に開催し、研究計画、研究成果の評価、提言を行った。公開講演会は細胞、組織の形態形成を課題とし、本重点領域研究の指向する所を明確にする事を目的とした。若手ワークショップは若手研究者の自由な発想に基づく意見交換、情報交換を促し、本研究を効果的に進展させると共に、公開で実施して本研究の課題に対して興味と関心を示す若手研究者の開拓にも努めた。
研究の展開は順調で細胞構造分子の単離も進み、初年度に共通機器として購入したアミノ酸シクエンサーによる分析回数が増加している。
