水環境への汚濁物質の排出抑制を考慮した低環境負荷生産プロセスの構築

研究概要	本年度は当初の計画通り、石油および石油化学、鉄鋼、金属機械加工、食品、紙パルプ、染色について、代表的な生産プロセスからの汚濁物質の排出状況およびその処理状況について調査(ヒアリング、アンケート、排水のキャラクタリゼーション等の手法によった)を行ないデータベース化した。主な成果は以下のようにまとめられる。 1)これら業種の代表的生産プロセスについて、水の使用量および使用状況、原材料と副資材の使用状況およびそれら物質の汚濁負荷原単位、有害物質等の汚濁原因物質の使用状況とその排出状況、等、プロセスに関する基礎的な物質の流れが明かとなってきた。2)排水処理方式に関して、現行の処理状況(プロセスのどの排水をどの様な方式で処理しているのか)、処理施設への負荷、処理水量、所要エネルギー、処理コスト等が明かとなってきた。3)以上の検討の結果、プロセスにおける汚濁原因物質の物質収支が徐々に明かとなりつつある。4)COD/BOD比、プロセスからの有害物質の排出の有無等から、現行のシステムがプロセスからの排水中に含まれる主たる汚濁物質を分解するのに適したシステムであるかどうかを評価した。5)現行のプロセスでの窒素、燐の排出防止への適合性を評価した。6)各プロセスについて、今後注目すべき有害物質、高汚濁負荷物質が明かとなった。総括すると、現在、プロセスに関するデータが集積され、簡単な解析ができる様になった段階である。来年度はこれを基に、各業種別に具体的な改善方法の検討に入る。
