研究概要	1.ヒトで、暑熱時に姿勢変換や体性感覚刺激による鼓膜温の左右差と顔面・体幹・四肢末端部の身体各部の発汗活動や皮膚血流量の変化の左右差との間に僅かに関連することを観察した(小川)。左右手部の異なる温度刺激時に、前腕に非蒸散性、蒸散性熱放散量に有意な左右差を認めた(永坂)。片側交感神経節切除後に両側筋交感神経活動を同時記録し、交叉神経の存在を示唆する結果を得た(間野)。2.麻酔ラットの視床下部視束前野(P0)を正中切断しても一側P0加温により両側性にふるえが抑制され、P0尾側で一側の前額面切断を行うと、その側のP0加温が無効になることを観察し、またP0局所加温、薬物の局所投与の効果より温感受性ニューロンが主要な働きをするとの示唆を得た(彼末)。3.サルの一側性脳虚血により起こる海馬体などの神経細胞壊死の程度に左右差はなく、自律神経機能に著明な変化を生じず、脳波の変化にも左右差を認めなかった(小野)。4.麻酔ラットの一側坐骨神経血流が同側及び対側の自律神経幹、L6・S1の前根、後根の刺激により、血圧依存性及び非依存性のの血流増加を認め、alpha、ムスカリン、CGRP各受容体の関与が示唆された(佐藤)。5.一側脳血管障害患者の起立負荷時、左半球障害群では右半球障害群より血圧低下が著しく、心拍数増加は小さく、総頸動脈血流量には著差がなかった(高橋)。脳卒中麻痺患者の急性・慢性病期や障害部位、臨床症状と四肢局所温、前腕発汗量の左右差との関連を認めた(渡邉)。片側脳幹、胸・頸部及び内頸動脈レベルでの交感神経障害例の顔面発汗を観察し、顔面で同側支配が最も強く、顔面発汗の大部分は外頸動脈に沿う節後線維に支配され、一部は内頸動脈に沿う節後線維が関与すると推論した(斎藤)。6.急性期脳卒中の意識障害80例で、Cheyne-Stokes呼吸発現頻度が右半球障害において大で、意識障害、予後とは明らかな関連はないことを認めた(片山)。
